An endless step moulded O ring is moulded as one continuous piece, with no glued or vulcanised joint.
OringOne lists these rings from 200 mm inside diameter.
Moulded versus spliced
A spliced ring can be acceptable in a static groove with mild media, modest temperature and easy access for replacement.
A one piece ring is the safer choice where the ring sees temperature cycling, aggressive chemicals, steam or cleaning cycles, or where a leak means a long shutdown.
